With over 30 years of experience in hospitality and customer service, and more than 25 years in business administration, management, and operations, Jennifer D’Avignon brings extensive knowledge and dedication to Retirement Capital Planners. She has worked alongside Jeremy Shipp for over a decade, consistently ensuring seamless client interactions and coordinating internal processes that support RC Planners' mission of delivering financially carefree retirements.

Jennifer’s background includes serving as a property and operations manager, as well as owning and operating two businesses. Her hands-on leadership and client-focused mindset are rooted in a lifelong commitment to exceptional service. She holds an associate degree in business administration and leverages her broad experience to ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident in the care they receive.

Driven by her passion for people, Jennifer delivers service that is both emotionally attentive and backed by top-tier solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s a cross-country camping trip or relaxing on the beaches of the Virgin Islands, where she grew up.
